Shram Sarathi and Aajeevika Bureau are looking for young professionals with a passion for using finance as a tool for poverty alleviation and social protection. The year-long fellowship will provide an outstanding opportunity to understand the financial lives of migrant workers and contribute in creating both interventions and discourse to promote responsible finance for resource poor populations. Selected Fellows will participate in the design and implementation of financial instruments and services and shall lead a set of studies drawing upon Shram Sarathi’s on-going experience of over a decade. We are expecting Fellows to undertake three independent research projects and use these to create novel knowledge outputs. Selected Fellows will also support Shram Sarathi’s ongoing publications, social media and communications work to help represent the significant and unique work the organization does in the area of financial inclusion.
