Vishnu has over 14 years of experience in Financial Inclusion and operations. He leads the Bhabarana branch. His major area of focus is developing financial inclusion in the operational areas, community mobilization and customer relationship management. Research & Communications Manager

Our rest of the team, spread across 3 branches in the remotest areas of Southern Rajasthan, are the backbone of our work. They are our core strength and foundational support, building strong relationships with the communities we serve, identifying their unique needs, and providing the support they need to overcome challenges. Their commitment, dedication, and expertise make it possible for us to deliver effective programs and services to those who need them most. Despite working in some of the most challenging and remote areas of Southern Rajasthan, our field team's hard work and tireless efforts inspire us every day.
Rupal Kulkarni
Mentor & Advisor
Rupal works with Shram Sarathi management in advisory role and provides mentorship support to the research and operations team. She has over 14 years of development experience in India and Ghana and has studied at London School of Economics and University of Mumbai.
